If you’re a frequent visitor to my blog, chances are you’ve also checked out Roosh V. Roosh, who runs the site, gave up his career as a microbiologist in order to pursue his dreams of travel and, in the process, sleep with as many women as possible.
I had the fortune of meeting him several years ago when we were both busy pillaging Brazil. We worked out, went out, and discussed various topics about life and women over coconut juice and Acai in Rio de Janeiro’s Copacabana neighborhood.
After his adventures in Latin America, he continued over to Europe doing what he does best – dissecting the local dating culture and turning all that knowledge into country-specific bang guides for men.
After completing the run through Northern Europe, Roosh ended up in the country of my birth: Ukraine.
Bang Ukraine is the result of spending three months going out and interacting with a large number of Ukrainian women. While it’s a bit over one hundred pages, it was a quick read, which I finished in two sittings.
Roosh begins by giving a general overview of Ukraine. He explains that Ukraine is a “paint over” culture, which means that instead of fixing structural problems from the ground up, the people, instead, throw money at the problems. For instance, a fat guy will not get into shape but will instead just buy a Mercedez Benz to look good. Roosh, then, moves into the best strategies to use when approaching women on the street as well as in clubs and bars. He concludes the book by recounting two short stories illustrating the game in action.
However, simply by getting of that plane in Kiev’s Boryspol airport will not unleash a torrent of Ukrainian women dying to sleep with a foreigner. Roosh mentions two issues that you’ll face in Ukraine. First, since few Ukrainians possess a solid grasp of the English language, it will do you a lot of good to begin studying Russian, which, along with Ukrainian, is spoken by everyone. Second, unlike many other countries, there will be a limit to what you can achieve by cold approaching alone, so a good strategy will be to attempt to meet the women via a social circle, just like Roosh had done himself.
As a Ukrainian-born Russian who has traveled to many countries, I still believe Ukrainians are the hottest Slavic women in the world, even when compared to Russian, Serbian, and Croatian women, which are all extremely attractive. Ukrainian women are tall, slim, and have beautiful long hair that goes to their waist. Not affected by feminism that has taken over most of the Western world, they are also some of the most feminine women around.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book because Roosh makes absolutely no exaggerations as to what it would take to successfully bed a Ukrainian woman. There’s no “paint over” in this book, just cold hard facts about meeting and seducing some of the world’s most beautiful and feminine women.
